Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee
  • Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS

Clinical Setting

  • Primarily outpatient services for pediatrics and adults
  • May also help in acute hospital settings as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Outpatient adult and pediatric care
