Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Psychiatric experience within the last year
1 year of psychiatric experience
BLS
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)

Unit / Role Highlights

Behavioral health nursing in psychiatric units serving adolescent and adult patients
Responsibilities include mental health assessment, care planning, medication management, crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and monitoring patients for physical and psychological symptoms

Scheduling

Three 12-hour shifts per day, seven days a week, including weekends
Days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract

Additional Notes

Floating is based on greatest need
Required uniform: blue for nurses, green or black for MHTs
