Physical Therapist Travel Position - Arizona
Location
- Oro Valley, Arizona
Job Summary
Physical Therapists (PTs) help patients reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and prevent disability. They develop individualized treatment plans and wellness programs to promote long-term health benefits. PTs provide care in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, and nursing homes.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per contract, scheduled either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Floating: May float to acute care as needed
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in Acute Care settings
- Experience in Rehabilitation settings
- Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) experience
- Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
