Overview

• Travel assignment in Mayfield, Kentucky
• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• Weekly orientation on Mondays
• Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for travel

Schedule

• Weekend coverage: every other weekend or as needed
• Call: as needed

Unit Details

• Medical-surgical unit
• 57 beds
• Patient ratio up to 1:6 with PCA assistance
• Serves all ages
• May float to like units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS
• CPI or HWC or MAB

Additional Information

• Common patient populations include COPD, post-op joints, and diabetic patients
• Scrubs may be any color
• Branded attire from other facilities is not allowed
