Overview

Travel RN role in the Emergency Department
1 opening
7P - 7A shift
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend requirement: minimum of two weekends a schedule
No call
Float requirements: none

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
ENPC issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Stroke patients
Experience with conscious or moderate sedation
Trauma experience

Preferred Qualifications

2 years Emergency Department experience

Unit Details

Emergency Department
48 beds with flex space
Trauma Level 3
Patient ratios: 4:1 Main ED and 6:1 Fast Track
Patient population includes ESRD, Cirrhosis, COPD, and Psychiatric patients

Social worker assigned to the department
Unit educator assigned to the unit
