Facility & Unit Overview

• Unit: First Assist - OR
• Number of Beds: 330
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Staffing: Surgical First Assist and Surgical Tech available
• Equipment: Two Da Vinci Robots, endovascular suite
• Documentation System: Sunrise (no documentation required for this position)
• Scheduling Options:

  • 4 shifts of 10 hours (06:45 - 17:15)
  • 3 shifts of 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15)
• Floating Policy: Primary role as First Assist; may scrub tech as needed
• Patient Experience: Must be polite and able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided daily on site

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Licenses:

  • New Hampshire Medical Tech License required for CSFA (not CRNFA)
• Certifications:

  • CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant) required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• Advanced Skills: CSFA or CRNFA preferred
• Requested Skill Set:
  Assist with specialties including:

  • Gynecology (GYN)
  • Urology
  • Spine
  • Orthopedic trauma
  • Breast
  • C-sections
  • Robotics
  • Vascular and endovascular procedures
