Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a behavioral health/addictions acute inpatient unit. This is a full-time travel position working day shifts with no call requirements.

Unit Information

Unit Type: Acute inpatient behavioral health/addictions hospital
Number of Beds: 48
Patient Population: Adult
Patient Ratios: Approximately 12:1 (varies with census)
Equipment: Patients must be medically cleared before arrival; no lines or tubes allowed except CPAPs and oxygen ≤ 2L
Charting: Mostly paper-based; orders entered via electronic platform; medications dispensed from Pyxis

Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Hours: Full time (36 hours/week) or part time (24 hours/week)
Weekend Coverage: Every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Call: None required

Required Qualifications

License: Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in behavioral health nursing preferred
Certifications: CPR, Healthcare Worker Certification (HWC)
