Registered Nurse - ICU

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work in a 23-bed Acute Care unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on night shift.
• Unit staffing includes 1 unit secretary and 3 patient care technicians (PCTs) on days, 2 PCTs on nights.
• Documentation system used: Cerner.
• Floating to Emergency Department as needed.
• Positive work culture with travel staff often returning for multiple assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
