Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Position Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapy (Adult Outpatient)
• Employment Type: Travel
• Shift: Days (7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed / 40 scheduled (overtime must be pre-approved)
• Patient Load: 10-14 scheduled patients per day
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Clinic hours 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)
• Breaks: Unpaid 30-minute lunch break (12:30 pm – 1:00 pm)
• Dress Code: Dark gray (pewter) top and black pants; scrubs or polo/button-up shirts; no jeans
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
• Patient Population: Adults and teens

Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in Physical Therapy specialty
• Licensing: New Mexico State PT License required (candidates can apply without NM license and obtain it during onboarding)
• Certifications: BLS required
• Preferred Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; skills in dry needling and manual therapy are a plus
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

• Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend; if during unpaid lunch break, timecard will be adjusted to paid
