Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts per week
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: As required by facility
Call Requirements: None

Job Description

Provide patient care using the nursing process with professional accountability.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Preferred experience in endoscopy; at minimum, experience in pre-op and post-op care.
Ability to circulate endoscopy procedures, work in pre-op, and recovery areas is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Minimum 1 year of endoscopy experience, with experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Scrub Color: Light blue (provided by facility)

Additional Information

No float or call requirements.
Weekend hours as needed.
Facility maintains a professional dress code with light blue scrubs provided.
