Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 4x10 hours
- Main OR assignment with floating between Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Jefferson Methodist Hospital, and Honickman Center
- Scrubs are provided
- No on-call requirement
- No holiday requirement
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- Experience working with Cardiac patients
- Experience working with Liver Transplant patients
- Experience working with Neuro Trauma patients
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Experience with craniotomies
- Experience with spinal cases
- Ability to scrub and circulate
Preferred
- Trauma Level 1 course & certificate
- Experience with ortho fractures
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted with appropriate experience
- Epic is the charting system
