Role Overview

Travel/Contract RN assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
12-hour nights, 4x12 schedule: 18:45–07:15.
36 or 48 hours can be offered.
Contract length: 13 weeks or longer.
Unit patient ratio: 1:6.
Float requirement: Occasionally.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Unit orientation: 36 hours.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
IV insertion skills

Additional Details

Unit accepts first-time travelers.
Locals are accepted.
Patient population includes surgery patients: colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics/spine.
Self-scheduling based on unit needs and NM input.
Scrubs not provided; navy blue or white.
