Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Auburn, New York
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
ASAP start
No on-call, weekends, or holidays

Required Qualifications

Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography (2 years of experience)
Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
RDMS

Additional Requirements

Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Background check within 1 year of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years, with annual updates
EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance prior to start
HHS/OIG clearance prior to start
BLS
NRP
EFM / AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring
Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
Annual stroke education: 2 hours
NIH Stroke Scale training annually: minimum 2 hours
NURSYS verification
State license verification prior to start and upon expiration
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
Competency exam
Conscious sedation competency exam
Facility code of conduct acknowledgement
Patient abuse reporting acknowledgement
Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
Orientation packet, self-study quiz, and acknowledgements
Automated dispensing cabinet security completion for Pyxis access
Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire
Full physical within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider
Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
Measles and rubella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
Varicella vaccination, positive titer, or documented history of disease
9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
