Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Bellevue, Washington
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 18:45–07:15
• Start dates: 11/2 or 11/16

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• NRP
• 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Employment application copy
• Washington WSP/WATCH search results
• Washington WA Courts search results
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and Flu documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Core Part I, Core Part II, Core Part III, OSHA Mandatory
• Competency Exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Patient Restraints Competency Exam
• Annual FWA training
• Code of Conduct, Applicant Disclosure Statement, Confidentiality Policy, and Internet Usage Agreement review/signature

Preferred

• 2 years of experience
• Travel experience

• Tdap vaccine
• TNCC
