Overview

Location: Stockbridge, Georgia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Contract length: 12 weeks
Patient population: Adults to geriatrics
Unit ratio: 1:2–3, with possibility of a 3rd patient
Scheduling: Block scheduling not guaranteed
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified
Floating: Within facility and scope of practice as needed
Local candidates: Accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Clinical Focus

ARDS
Sepsis
Stroke
STEMI
DKA
Post-op complications
Cardiogenic shock
GI bleed
COPD exacerbation
Encephalopathy
Liver failure
Drug overdose
ESRD on CRRT

Work Expectations

Must be prepared to take a 3rd patient if needed
May be assigned major holidays during the contract
Maximum of 7 days of requested time off
Full compliance is required before start
