Job Overview

• Location: Bellevue, Washington
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Start: ASAP, any Monday
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
• Hours per week: 40
• Call: Typically 6–7 shifts per month, including every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• Experience with Epic
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac experience

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number required
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
• Copy of employment application
• Washington state court and statewide background searches
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• TB clearance within 1 year of start
• Immunization or documentation requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, and flu
• Signed facility policies and training acknowledgments
• Completion of assigned orientation modules after arrival
