Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stepdown experience with 2 years of experience
Stepdown experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
NIHSS
Experience with Epic
Telemetry RN competency requirements apply, including a dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam

Government-issued photo ID required
Criminal background check required within 1 year of start and must be updated annually
Physical exam required within 1 year of start and must be updated annually
N95 mask fit testing required within 1 year of start and must be renewed annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination required
Flu vaccination or declination required by 12/5
2 references required in the current specialty within 1 year of start
Employment application required
Signed confidentiality agreement required within 72 hours of signing
Signed unit-specific job description required before start
