Job Overview

Travel/contract role in New Brunswick, New Jersey
Night shift, 3x12 hours
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1.5 years of experience)
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NBRC
NRP
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Neonate patients

Clinical Skills

Blood gas collection
Ventilator initiation and management
BiPAP initiation and management
High-flow therapy initiation and management
Code response
In-house patient transport
Medication administration
Chest physiotherapy

Equipment Experience

Servo-I
Servo-U
V60 BiPAP

Patient Population

Neonatal critical care
Pediatric patients

Float Expectations

May float between pediatric units and NICU based on facility needs
May also float to adult units on the main campus

Scheduling Notes

All requested time off must be submitted with the application and approved before offer
