Role Overview

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse position in Amarillo, Texas.
Neuro/Ortho MS unit.
13-week contract.
Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 to 19:30.
36 or 48 hour option.
Unit accepts first-time travelers.
Float required.
Weekends required.
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Orthopedics experience within the last year
1 year of orthopedics experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
NIHSS
Drivers License/State ID

NURSYS verification

Signed fingerprint consent form
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit test within 1 year of start
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
