Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Kingman, Arizona
• 13-week contract
• Evening shift: 14:00–02:00, 4x12 permitted
• Float scope: ED and CDU (Observation Unit)
• Orientation starts every Monday
• Every other weekend and holidays included
• Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
• Patient ratio: 1:4

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• TNCC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• Meditech experience
• ESI

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check, annually
• HHS/OIG check, annually
• Transcript/diploma
• Education verification through NSCH
• NRP, as required
• Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation based on birth year and titer/vaccine history
• Hepatitis B titer, declination, or vaccine series
• Varicella titer, 2 vaccines at least 4 weeks apart, or history of chicken pox
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• 2 references within 3 years of start
