Cath Lab RN

Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Schedule includes 5x8 and 4x10 shifts, with varying shift times between 7:00 and 17:00.
Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call is required, approximately 10–14 days per month.
The assignment may also be placed in Electrophysiology, Cath, or Cath Holding.
The role involves minimally invasive cardiac procedures in a full-service cardiovascular program, including electrophysiology services.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Cardiac Cath Lab experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year.
Experience in a Critical Care or Emergency Department setting.
Experience with Epic.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Local RN candidates living within 50 miles of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare are not eligible.
Candidates with any license or background hits will not be considered.
Submission must include a completed Qualivis Cover Sheet, current NURSYS report, and all requested time off listed on the Qualivis Cover Sheet.
