X-Ray Tech (Radiology) - Night Shift

Location: Vineland, New Jersey
Shift: Nights (7:15 PM - 7:45 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Description

• Night shift schedule; exact schedule pending but candidates should submit availability for nights.
• Orientation includes virtual and in-person components; attendance and completion of all orientation activities are mandatory.
• Badge ID must be obtained in person during orientation; photo submissions are not accepted.
• Unit-based orientation schedule provided by manager after initial onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an X-Ray/Radiology Technician in an acute care setting.
• Valid New Jersey state license.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Additional Requirements

• Must complete background check, drug screen, physical exam, and various health screenings/vaccinations including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, TdaP, Varicella, and TB.
• Compliance with confidentiality and mandatory annual training.
• Verification of credentials including ARRT, educational, employment, and license verification.
• Must pass competency exam and skills checklist.
• Must clear multiple sanction and exclusion screenings (e.g., FACIS, OFAC, OIG, SAM, sex offender registries).
• Completion of I-9 attestation and employment eligibility verification.

Orientation & Onboarding

• Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules must be completed by the first Monday.
• In-person classes typically held Tuesday through Thursday at various locations; candidates must check HealthStream for location details.
• POCT class attendance required but scheduled outside orientation week.

Notes

• Failure to complete full orientation will result in immediate termination.
• Candidates do not have the option to reschedule orientation classes once scheduled.
