Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Kenmore, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Proof of immunizations and tests including:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • Hepatitis B (vaccination or declination)
  • Influenza vaccine (seasonal requirement: Oct 1 – Mar 31, declination accepted)
  • TB test (One Step Tb Skin Test, T-spot, or QuantiFERON) within 12 months prior to start
  • Varicella (vaccination or titers)

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Health and Immunizations:

  • Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B (vaccination or declination), Influenza vaccine (seasonal requirement: Oct 1 – Mar 31, declination accepted), Varicella (vaccination or titers)
  • TB test (One Step Tb Skin Test, T-spot, or QuantiFERON) within 12 months prior to start
  • Annual TB questionnaire within past 12 months
  • Physical and vision exam within past 12 months, including systems check

• Background and Screening:

  • 7-year criminal county search, SSN trace, and national criminal database check within 12 months prior to start
  • State and national sex offender registry checks within 30 days prior to start
  • Drug screen: 12-panel (no THC) within 12 months prior to start
  • Facility-specific background checks and forms as required

• Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Completion of facility core competencies, skills checklist, unit exam, and color vision test
  • Submission of professional resume and employee bio form (including full SSN, DOB, and contact information)

Summary

This CT Technologist position is a 13-week long-term assignment in Kenmore, NY, with an evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Candidates must hold a valid state license and ARRT certification, along with BLS certification. Comprehensive health screenings, immunizations, background checks, and facility-specific onboarding requirements must be completed prior to start.
