Required Qualifications

• Current work experience
• 2-3 years of current experience in the specialty
• Experience functioning independently at bedside and managing ventilated patients
• Familiarity with the Servo U ventilator and proficiency with its function and modes used in the NICU setting
• License/certificate verification within 30 days prior to assignment start date
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or an IGG titer
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer or declination
• TB test completed within 12 months prior to assignment start date
• Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or an IGG titer
• Physical/health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Background check within 30 days prior to assignment start date
• Employment verification for the previous 7 years
• 2 references from manager/supervisor level or above
• I-9 E-Verify attestation
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 60 days prior to start date
• Education verification
• Badge photo meeting the stated photo requirements
• National sex offender search within 30 days prior to start
• OIG sanction search within 30 days prior to start
• OFAC search within 30 days prior to start
• SAM.gov search within 30 days prior to start
• Skills checklist current within 12 months prior to assignment start date
• Core competencies completed within 365 days prior to start with an 80% pass rate
