Apheresis RN Manager

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Onsite position
• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• Includes leader on-call rotation with after-hours and weekend coverage

Role Summary

• RN manager position leading an apheresis program
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
• Partners with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership
• Oversees 12 FTEs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• FACT
• Renal PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• Renal PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Experience in Manager roles
• Apheresis experience
• Transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy background
• Experience working with Pediatric patients

• Physical exam within 1 year
• Fit test valid through the assignment

• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Measles immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year
• Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• Respirator medical clearance if using a respirator
• Photo for badge on blue background
• Pre-start modules

Notes

• Compact RN licenses are accepted in Washington
• On-call rotation is 1 week every 3rd week
• Hours are flexible due to the manager role
