GI Lab Travel/Contract Nurse

Overview

  • Location: Arlington, Virginia

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Virginia
  • GI Lab experience within the last year
  • GI Lab (1 year of experience)
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Certifications

  • ACLS
  • NIH Stroke Certification

Required Health and Compliance Items

  • Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
  • Fit test within the last 12 months
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • TB questionnaire
  • Drug screen within 30 days of start
  • Color blindness testing
  • Core Part I, II, and III
  • HIPAA form and core testing
  • Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption
  • Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation

Additional Notes

  • Must carry photo identification during hours of service to the client
  • Must complete facility onboarding documents and acknowledgements before start
  • EPIC training is required onsite for this role
