Wound Care Nurse

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in West Hollywood, California
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• May need weekend coverage
• No on-call
• No floating within scope
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• RTO must be 10 days or less and included at submission

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Wound Care (1.5 years of experience)
• Wound Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• WCC or WOCN preferred

Additional Notes

• Pending license not accepted
• Common patient needs include HAPI, wound consults, ostomy care, and wound VAC management
• Special equipment includes WoundVision and wound VAC
