Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of acute care experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Experience Preferences

High-risk experience preferred
Comfortable with adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics
Experience in adult critical care and the emergency department

Work Expectations

Floating required within the Metro Region between Toledo, Flower, and Bay Park hospitals, including mid-shift floating as needed
Must be comfortable with basic pediatric respiratory therapy care
Assists with pediatrics and pediatric ER patients
Performs general and critical care respiratory therapy
Responds to rapid responses, emergency codes, and CPR
Handles airway management, ventilation support, blood gas sampling and analysis, and specimen collection

Unit accepts first-time travelers
No local travelers within 50 miles
