• Shift hours: 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Total hours per week: 36

Job Description

• Perform CT technology duties primarily for Emergency Department patients and inpatients
• No scheduled outpatients during this shift
• Tech will be working alone after midnight

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT CT certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Social Security number required for facility processing (no physical card needed)
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, including:

  • SSN trace
  • County, state, federal, nationwide, and sex offender searches
  • International searches if applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Drug screening: 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start (instant tests accepted)
• Immunizations and health screenings required:

  • Tdap vaccine (highly preferred) or declination
  • Negative TB test (QGold, T-SPOT, or 2 PPDs within 1 year)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: titer with lab results or 2 vaccines; booster if titers negative/equivocal
  • Hepatitis B: titer, proof of series, or facility-specific declination
  • Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination (year-round requirement)
• Annual OSHA mandatory training and competency exams with minimum passing scores (85% or higher)
• Facility-specific modules and trainings to be completed promptly after orientation
• Candidate must review and sign facility policies including Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Policy, Internet Usage Agreement, Appearance and Dress Code, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training

References and Documentation

• At least two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, including evaluation of clinical competency and reliability (references must be from manager, supervisor, or charge RN)
• Copy of employment application required
• Washington State-specific background checks including courts and watch searches

This position requires working independently during late-night hours and handling emergency and inpatient CT imaging. Candidates must meet all licensure, certification, and compliance requirements prior to start.
