Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation facility with 93 beds (80 staffed)
- Patient Population: All ages, average age 65; primarily neurological cases (60% neuro such as spinal cord injury, strokes, MS, ALS, Parkinson’s) and 40% other diagnoses
- Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Productivity Expectation: 6 to 7 patients per hour, approximately 6-6.5 hours of direct patient care daily
- EMR System: Wellsky
- Dress Code: Scrubs in black and/or red
- New graduates accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Weekend scheduling: No weekend shifts required
- Facility-specific confidentiality agreement required
