Job Description

  • Assist in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to department and hospital standards to ensure quality patient care.
  • Strong skills required in Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedics.
  • Experience with Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and DaVinci surgical systems required.
  • Occasional float to other campuses may be required.
  • On-call duties required.
  • Shift schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts with variable start times between 6:45 AM and 1:00 PM; weekends included in rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year.
  • Certification through CST or NBSTSA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
