Field-based home health position covering the Central Valley/Stockton/Modesto area
Local candidates are accepted
Schedule options include Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Monday–Friday
Hours are based on completed visits; 25 visits equals 40 hours
Guaranteed hours apply when 25 or more visits are completed
Mileage between patients is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Home health experience is preferred, but candidates without home health experience may be considered
