Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Richmond, Virginia
- Unit: Neuro science ICU
- 13-week contract
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- 36 hours per week
- Locals allowed at the same rate
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Neuro ICU (1 year of experience)
- Neuro ICU experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- 2 references
- Complete application/resume
- Physical exam within 1 year
- Tdap vaccine or declination
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers required
- Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Flu vaccine or exemption required for starts after 9/1
- HIPAA acknowledgement
- Color blind testing
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Abuse reporting competency
- Competency exam
- Education verification
- Background check
- Fingerprinting and Virginia criminal background check results may be pending at start if proof of submission is on file
