Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Danville, Virginia
- 1 opening on 5A, a 24-bed unit
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every other weekend / as needed
- Call as needed
- Float as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- NIHSS
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Med/Surg experience
Unit Details
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Serves all ages
- EHR: Meditech
Additional Information
- Orientation is bi-weekly on Tuesdays
- Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
- Required certifications must be completed prior to start
- Random drug screening is completed on site
- Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form is required
