Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit Details

JFK Main – CT Tech
24 beds
14 staff members
Call required: 4–6 shifts per month on an off day

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS

Preferred

Experience with GE equipment
Experience with Meditech

Clinical Setting

Uses ALL GE equipment
EMR: Meditech
Typical procedures include CT Scan, MRI, body scanner, and X-Rays

Additional Notes

Scrub color: black; must provide own scrubs
Strong communication skills, medical and anatomical skills, and mechanical aptitude are valued
Must be able to multitask and work with a variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients
