RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Travel Position

Location: Ocala, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Overview

• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Number of Labs: 3
• Patient Ratio: 3:1
• Equipment: GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, IVUS
• Documentation System: Merge Hemo documentation
• Scheduling: Four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating call
• Floating Policy: May cover nearby sister hospital for STEMI call
• Procedures: Right and left heart catheterization (diagnostic and interventional), peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Provided OR scrubs
• Call and STEMI policies apply
• Patient experience requires minimal 2 years lab experience
• May work with new or advanced cardiac equipment and technology

Work Schedule

• 4 ten-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)
• Weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with call requirements
