Neonatal ICU RN Travel Assignment

Role Overview

  • Specialty: Neonatal ICU RN
  • Employment type: Travel
  • Location: Nashville, Tennessee
  • Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays
  • Hours per week: 36
  • Contract length: 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Tennessee
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • STABLE
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience working with Neonate patients

Unit Details

  • 60 beds
  • Patient ratio: 2–3:1
  • No techs in the NICU
  • Floating to comparable areas of high need

Additional Notes

  • Documentation system used on the unit: Meditech and Centricity Perinatal
  • Equipment on the unit: Philips monitors
  • Scrub colors allowed: navy, ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white
  • No long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish of any kind
