Patient ratio: 1:2 to 1:3
Uses Meditech
Equipment includes monitors, CRRT, IV, fluid warmer, and blanket cooler

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Meditech experience
Ventilator competency
IV drip competency

Clinical Expectations

Dialysis line insertion
Arterial line insertion
Central line insertion
Cardioversion
Thoracentesis
Chest tube insertion

Additional Notes

Must float as needed to all 3 campuses
Patient experience and communication with staff and providers are emphasized
Low hospital-associated infection rates
