CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Contract)
Location: Austin, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3 day shifts per week)
Call Requirements: Yes, rotating call 1-2 weekday calls per month
Job Description
- Perform CT imaging procedures including Bone Marrow Biopsy, Cryoablations, Microwave ablations, CTA Coronary/Pulmonary, Liver Biopsy, and general ortho, body, and neuro scans.
- Work in a unit with 465 beds and 16 staff members.
- Patient ratio is 1:1.
- Equipment used includes GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems: Meditech and Fuji PACS.
- Unit has a mix of day and night shift staff.
- Permanent positions are available on the unit.
- Dress code: Olive green top and black scrub pants.
- Collaborative and flexible team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
- ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
