• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift
• Hours: 12-hour shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every third holiday

• Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
• Number of Beds: 128
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:32
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: PCC
• Common Patient Diagnoses: All diagnoses
• Orientation: Location-specific orientation pathway completed with facility staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• No on-call or call-back duties available or billable
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee
• Weekend and holiday coverage is scheduled every third occurrence
• Local pay rates apply within 80 miles or if using facility housing (note: pay details not included here)
