Overview
- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Psychiatric (2 years of experience)
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- CPI or NVCI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of travel RN experience preferred
- Experience with youth and geriatric strongly preferred
- Either EPIC or previous travel experience is required
Schedule
- Evening/night 8–12 hour shifts
- Minimum of 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week period
Unit / Assignment Details
- Based in IP Adult Services
- Potential float to Youth and Bridgeways (Geriatric)
- Ratios are 1:10 from 0700–2300 and up to 1:19 from 2300–0700
Additional Notes
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation
- Mandatory attendance is required for all 7 days of orientation
- Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment
- Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
