Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery with a focus on high-risk labor and delivery patients.
- Circulator experience required for cesarean deliveries.
- Must be proficient with EPIC electronic health record system.
- May be required to float onsite within skill set or to other nearby sites within 40 miles as needed.
- Holidays are scheduled on a rotating basis with regular staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year.
- Experience working with high-risk patients.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Ascension Fetal Monitoring certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
