Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. The role involves collaboration with other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards and ensure patient-centered care.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
• Plan and implement nursing care based on patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Prior travel nursing experience

Additional Information

• Orientation:

  • 8-hour shifts will have 8 hours NBO, 12-hour shifts will have 12 hours NBO.
• Dress Code:

  • Matching scrubs.
