Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri
12-week contract
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00, with some Saturdays
Work location: Christian Hospital
First-timers accepted
Locals not accepted; local radius rule is 75 miles

Experience

2-3 years in case management

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Case Management (2 years of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Role Focus

Adults needing home health setup and discharge assistance

Preferred

Ability to work with technology, including typing, Microsoft, and Epic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize/prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
