Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Bellevue, Washington
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–07:15
• Start dates listed: 10/19 and 11/2
• No block schedule
• 5 days or less of RTO required, no exceptions

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• Tdap vaccine
• Hard copy of license

Additional Compliance / Onboarding Items

• Core competency exams and annual compliance modules are required
• Candidate must review and sign facility policies and agreements
• Hep B declination and flu declination documentation are required if declining those vaccines
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required year-round
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation is required
• CMS FWA training proof of completion is required
• T-SPOT is acceptable for TB screening
• RQI is accepted for ACLS and BLS
