7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Call required as needed
Float required during a COVID surge

Assignment Length

13 weeks

Role Overview

Adult and geriatric patient population
Invasive cath procedures with cardiac interventions and related adjunct therapies
Typical volume: 25–35 procedures per day
Uses scrub and EKG skills
Diagnoses include coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmia, irregular rhythms, and abnormal electrical function of the heart

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Carolina
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

RCIS or RCES

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
EPIC and XPER Witt are used for hemodynamic monitoring
