Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

1:7 patient ratio
16 hours of nonbillable orientation
General orientation begins on Sundays
Candidate may start on any Sunday if compliance documents are completed by the deadline
Contract staff are expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
One shift may be canceled or called off biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
Additional shifts above the work commitment may be flexed for census or resource needs without penalty
