Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

• Assignment on Med Surg 8th Floor
• Units include:

  • 8 East: Oncology, Hematology, Endocrinology
  • 8 West: ENT, Dermatology, Gastrointestinal General
• Patient ratios:

  • Med/Surg days: 1:5-6
  • Med/Surg nights: 1:6-7
• EPIC experience required
• Return to Office (RTO) approximately 7 days
• Local radius: 75 miles
• COVID-19 vaccine NOT required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Minimum 1.5 years of Med Surg experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

This position is suitable for experienced Registered Nurses with Med Surg and specialty experience in oncology, hematology, endocrinology, ENT, dermatology, or GI general, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment with EPIC electronic medical records.
