Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist
Recent Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist

Additional Information

Background checks must be updated if there is a break in service of 2 or more months
Fingerprinting results must be received prior to contract extension; facility approval required if results are pending
Physical exam does not need annual update if currently on assignment without break
Latex allergy notification required if applicable to ensure availability of latex-free gloves
Travelers with a break greater than 6 months between assignments at this facility must complete onboarding modules again
Traveler’s legal name must be used consistently in all documentation systems
Modules and onboarding process typically take multiple days and must be prioritized to avoid delays
