Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery, OR

Location: Medford, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Circulating nurse for most surgical cases excluding cardiac, eyes, and transplants
Use of equipment including Epic, stealth navigation, and Omnicell
No floating to other units/departments
15 OR suites with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Surgical attire provided
Minimal training for travelers, approximately 2 weeks depending on need
Call required: 40 hours of call per month (can be prorated based on contract duration)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience working in the Operating Room (OR)
Current Oregon RN license
BLS certification required
CNOR certification preferred

Schedule & Other Requirements

Call required (40 hours per month)
No floating to other units
Surgical attire provided

Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Orientation/training period is minimal and tailored to traveler needs
